You authorize ReadyTask through your email provider's official login (OAuth for Gmail and Outlook, app password for iCloud). We never see or store your email password. You can revoke access from your Google or Microsoft account settings at any time.
Only the ones you open in the dashboard. ReadyTask loads your inbox list (sender, subject, preview) and processes the full email only when you click on it. We don't scan your inbox in the background or store email content on our servers.
Yes. ReadyTask mirrors the tone of the email you're replying to — formal if the sender is formal, casual if they're casual. Over time it also learns your preferences so replies get sharper the more you use it.
Always. Every draft is fully editable — you're the final reviewer before anything goes out. ReadyTask is a copilot, not autopilot.
